I am very happy with all aspects of the service and support that is given. Contact between Supply Desk and us as an organisation is very good, including onsite visits.

The level of customer service I receive from Nav is exceptional. I cannot fault it or recommend any way in which it can be improved. Nav works hard to always find and provide work whenever I want it - long term or daily supply. He is organised and asks in advance days when I can work and will try to book me in asap. Nav is easy to contact and flexible and understanding to my other commitments.
Supply Desk have a wide choice of schools and Nav tries to place me in schools I like or will be most suited to. If possible, Nav will place according to subject specialism. Nav is always cheerful, motivated and extremely helpful - a real credit to Supply Desk!

I just wanted to thank the team for a fantastic Team Teach course. I can't tell you how much I learnt over two days and how my confidence has really grown in my understanding of self restraint and appropriate physical restraint too. I truly believe the skills and knowledge that Steph and Becca have taught me will enable me to confidently make the move into SEN, PRU & EBD sector of education. I also feel the theory taught throughout the course really underpinned all of the physical aspects perfectly, such as holds and restraints.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to participate and improve my own professional development, I will be recommending the Team Teach course with yourselves at Supply Desk to others in the education industry. Thanks again to Steph & Becca for their fantastic, interactive hands on approach.
I like the fact that we get to liaise with the same person when seeking cover / info etc. Joshua has been extremely efficient, polite and helpful.

The Leeds team at Supply Desk have been incredibly helpful during my time working in schools in the UK. I was lucky enough to come over with my brother and a friend, who both went through the agency as well. They walked us through all the nitty-gritty paperwork pre-departure, picked us up from the airport upon arrival, transported us to our initial accommodation, and even advised us where we could get a good meal. They allowed me the time I needed to settle in, such as setting myself up with a bank account, and finding permanent accommodation before organising interviews for potential job opportunities at various schools. The team were very thorough and helpful in finding me suitable work that utilised my experience while being very considerate of finding suitable schools close by, in order to lessen my travel time to and from work.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering teaching over in the UK, especially in Leeds. The incentives and flexibility in work arrangements that the company offer will suit anyone’s circumstances, whether you would like to work full-time and build bank, or go the casual supply route and travel around the UK & Europe.
