Your Mission:
In this role, you will oversee your own portfolio of schools and educators while also guiding and mentoring junior consultants. You will lead by example, achieving exceptional results, and play a key part in expanding our business across the education sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & Maintain Strong Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain key relationships with schools, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and staffing solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and attend industry events to enhance client connections.
- Lead by Example & Achieve Targets
- Drive personal and team performance through motivation, goal setting, and support.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities while also ensuring your team hits their collective targets.
- Mentor and Support Junior Consultants
- Provide guidance, coaching, and advice to junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and hit their targets.
- Share industry knowledge and recruitment best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify Market Opportunities for Growth
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, clients, and educators to expand your client base and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for long-term business growth.
- Represent Supply Desk at High-Level Meetings
- Attend senior client meetings, school visits, and industry events to represent Supply Desk and build our brand.
- Lead key business development initiatives to expand our market share.
- Strategic Planning
- Work with senior leadership to create recruitment strategies that drive the business forward.
- Identify key trends and market needs to inform the overall recruitment strategy.
What We are Looking For:
- Proven Success: A strong track record in recruitment or sales, with demonstrated success in building relationships and exceeding targets.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing or mentoring others is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision: Able to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and innovative strategies.
