This Amersham Secondary School that is highly regarded throughout Buckinghamshire are currently looking to recruit a D&T Teacher of resistant materials and graphics to join their team who shares their same desire to succeed. Having built a reputation for achieving academic excellence, the Head Teacher together with the successful Senior Leadership Team look to recruit staff who can not only help to maintain this but continue to push their students to achieve more successes.
This is a friendly and happy school that has high expectations for both learning and behaviour. Alongside providing students with a well-balanced education, the staff aim to develop their self-respect, tolerance and intellectual curiosity.
Plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons and course with the broad, balance and relevant D&T curriculum using a variety of approaches
Monitor pupil progress, keeping records that include assessment outcomes and targets set at regular intervals in line with school policy, to enable all pupils to reach their full potential
Support the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils through both classroom teaching and in the role of Form Tutor
