Supply Desk are working with a OFSTED rated GOOD School based in Portsmouth that are seeking an English Teacher from the end of September on a long term for at least one term

Secondary English teacher in Portsmouth 
OFSTED rated GOOD Secondary School 
Full time starting from the end of September for at least a term

Pay: £110 – £185 per day!

About the role:
Supply Desk are working closely with a Ofsted rated GOOD School based in Portsmouth that are seeking a full time English teacher to start from the end of September on long term permanent contract for at least one term. The School are looking for an excellent English teacher that has good subject knowledge and behaviour management. You will be a good team player and be able to integrate in to the schools culture. The role will have around 20 lessons a week with 16 English lessons and 4 Media lessons. Those with experience teaching Media is considered an advantage. The School has an excellent English department that has a highly experienced head of Department. The role is suitable for both experienced English teachers and NQT’s looking for a full time/permanent role in a supportive department.

The School is based in Portsmouth and is a mixed Secondary School with 1050 students aged from 11 to 16 years. The School was Ofsted rated as a Good School in its last inspection and is based close to Southsea with convenient access from the city centre.
