Position: Geography Teacher – Full Time – £31,350 – £47,839

About the Role:
As a Geography Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards
  • Teaching a variety of topics in physical, human, and environmental geography
  • Using diverse teaching methods, such as interactive activities and group discussions, to engage students
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning
  • Maintaining discipline in the classroom and promoting a positive learning atmosphere
  • Providing constructive feedback on student progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Inspiring students to develop a genuine passion for geography and related subjects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Unqualified teachers are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting young people in their academic journey
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to commute to High Wycombe and surrounding areas
