Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students through engaging lessons, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of history.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in History to students of varying abilities
- Develop and implement creative and engaging curriculum plans
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in departmental and school-wide activities and initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in History or a related field
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for history
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
