Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 08:00 to 16:00
Starting from January on a long term contract to July 21
Pay: £20 – £30 PER HOUR
About the role:
Supply Desk are working closely with an Academy School in Crawley that are seeking intervention teachers for MFL, English and Humanities. The roles will be supporting Y10 students 1:1 and in small groups for MFL, English and Humanities. The School are looking for qualified teachers for this that will be committed from 8th March for around 8- 12 weeks. The hours and days are flexible and the schools hours are from 08:00 to 15:00.
To role will be delivering interventions to small withdrawal groups within the mainstream, supporting pupils to make accelerated progress and catch up with their peers for MFL, English and Humanities. You will be delivering high quality teaching, developing high standards of learning and achievement and ensuring the students are fully included in the wider school environment.
About the School:
This is a successful 11-18 oversubscribed School with over 1400 mixed students and was judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2019; it has excellent facilities and is a dynamic learning community. The schools i based close to the train station for those travelling from Brighton or London.
