KS1 Teacher job in the Brighton area both full and part time starting in the new academic year.

Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary schools across Brighton & Hove, East and West Sussex. 

We are currently looking to recruit Primary Teacher, and will happily accept applications from NQTs. Due to an increase in demand from schools in the Brighton area we are looking for primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Supply Desk will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Supply Desk Teacher you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be a Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
