This primary school in the Bradford, BD5 provide a creative and independent environment for learning and are considered “Good” and their children make good progress. They proudly show core values of inclusion, friendship, responsibility and making good choices to name a few and as a result of this, any future behaviour support assistants would be welcomed in with open arms. With great facilities in the nurture areas of the school, you would have access to great spaces to aid learning and inclusion.
You would be working very closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to help support behaviour in Key Stage 2 in particular, however, there is scope to support behaviour and autism in other areas of school too.
Community and Youth Workers along with sports coaches looking to transition into primary schools would be welcomed to apply as their transferable skill sets have worked in school previously.
