Position: Full-Time Primary Teacher
Location: High Wycombe (Lane End)
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: £31,350 – £47,839 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teacher, your duties will include:
- Planning and delivering inspiring, engaging, and interactive lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
- Tailoring lessons to suit the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assessing pupil progress regularly, using data to inform future planning and strategies.
- Maintaining effective classroom management to ensure a productive and safe environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the well-being and academic success of every student.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be genuinely passionate about teaching and show excellent classroom management skills.
- Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum with a creative approach to lesson delivery.
- Be committed to their professional development and continuous improvement.
- Have strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be fully registered.
- Be well-organized, adaptable, and able to tailor lessons to meet diverse student needs.
