Learning Support Assistant

If you are then why not join my client’s! The school is based in Horley, Surrey – they are looking for full-time members of staff.
I am currently recruiting for two dedicated learning support assistants to work with a setting that caters for behaviour difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs for a long term role to start ASAP, with the possibility that it will turn into a permanent post. Experience is not necessary but preferred.
ü You will work towards supporting and mentoring students, ensuring successful pupil outcomes.
ü Be passionate, dynamic, highly motivated and innovative.
ü Be a positive mentor to students
ü And be available to start in October 2021
ü Wanting to made a difference to the students education
Learning Support Assistant – Requirements
- Must have a C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
- Able to be innovative
- Have an understanding of the students’ needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Have good behaviour management skills
- Experience is beneficial but not necessary
