Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time/Part Time – Pay to Scale

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and encouragement to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to assist in lesson planning and delivery.
- Promote and maintain the school’s positive behaviour policy to ensure a focused and productive learning environment.
- Adapt support for the diverse learning needs of students, including those with additional educational requirements.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A current, valid DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- The ability to provide at least two years’ worth of professional references.
- Experience supporting Key Stage 3-5 students is preferred.
- Reliable transport to commute to and from High Wycombe.
