Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons that cater to a variety of abilities and interests.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring individual development in physical education.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and succeed.
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular activities, such as sports clubs and inter-school competitions.
  • Promote the importance of physical activity and its impact on mental and physical wellbeing.

About You
We are looking for a PE Teacher who is passionate about motivating students and building their confidence in sports and physical activity. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging lessons are essential.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with specialisation in Physical Education.
  • Proven experience teaching PE at secondary school level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A commitment to promoting physical health, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
