About the Role:

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of scientists? We are seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Stoke Poges. This role offers the opportunity to ignite students’ curiosity about the physical world and foster a deeper understanding of physics through engaging lessons and practical experiments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver captivating Physics lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and discussions.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and respect.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and science events.


About You:

We are looking for a committed Physics Teacher who can bring the subject to life and inspire students to achieve their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation and the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.


Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Physics or Science.
• Experience teaching Physics at secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable teaching approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
