In order to promote and support effective learning, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership and contribute to the planning and delivery of quality teaching and the management of resources.
Supply Desk are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced SENTA to work on a one-to-one, small group and classroom support basis. You should be flexible, adaptable and have what it takes to succeed teaching in a special needs school.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working with SEN and will have outstanding inter-personal skills. You will need to be patient and sensitive with the ability to encourage and motivate children as well as being able to work effectively in a team. Experience of ASC and phonic schemes will be advantageous.
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled learning support assistant to join our team. We are committed to giving children the best start in life and are looking for someone committed to helping children achieve academic and emotional progress through an enriched and lively curriculum.
The person will need to be motivated, resilient and very organised, be able to understand individual needs and deal with complex issues, have strong behaviour management skills and be enthusiastic and have a passion to encourage young people to learn.
