Primary Teacher in Milton Keynes
Supply Desk are pleased to offer a full time primary teacher role in a Primary School teaching KS1 or KS2, competitive pay, start in January 2022. Due to the schools set up and experienced teaching staff the school can accommodate this position in either KS1 or KS2.

Modern facilities help in pupil’s development. The leadership team supports teachers and promotes CPD. Close to all major transport links.
The role
- To plan opportunities to develop the academic, social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils’ learning.
- To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children’s progress
- To ensure effective use of support staff within the classroom, including parent helpers
- To participate in staff meetings and extracurricular activities as required.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of a particular area of the curriculum
- To ensure that school policies are reflected in daily practice
- To continue to access professional development
- To promote the welfare of children and to support the school in safeguarding children through relevant policies and procedures
- Maintain effective behavior management within your classroom
The candidate
- QTS (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
- Experience working with the Primary National Curriculum in the UK
- DBS on update service and eligibility to work in the UK
- Proven track record of raising attainment
- Experience in SATs preparation for KS1/KS2 would be an advantage
