The Ideal Candidate:
- Assist in addressing diverse learning needs in a KS2 environment.
- Foster the development of independence and social skills in pupils.
- Provide support for pupils’ personal care and medical needs as required.
- Promote the health and well-being of students.
- Enhance literacy and numeracy skills to improve overall academic achievement across the curriculum.
Qualifications Required:
- Ideally, experience in KS2, teaching primary school students.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Effective teamwork, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development with a passion for teaching and learning.
- Emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, with strong behaviour management skills.
- Professional references and an Enhanced DBS check.
