Are you looking for part time work in a local Primary School?
I am working with a number of schools in the Manchester and Old Trafford area who are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to deliver specific ‘Love 2 Read’ reading intervention programmes on a 1:1 basis with Primary School children.
These children are hoping to accelerate their progress in reading, making up for any learning lost through school closures.
The ‘Love 2 Read’ reading intervention programme will offer training to any candidate and as such, make the positions of reading specialist teaching assistant available to people with little experience of working in a school but with the passion and desire to support pupils.
The role is ideal for someone who is wanting a stepping stone into teaching or an experienced teaching assistant who wants to use their skills and experience to engage pupils into improving their reading.
The role will commence in September 2021 and continue for 10 weeks.
