We are currently looking to recruit qualified Maths teachers, and will happily accept applications from NQTs.
Supply Desk Cardiff are looking to recruit Maths teachers for secondary schools across the Brecon area. We can offer short term, long term and flexible roles to suit your circumstances. We are truly committed to finding the right job for every candidate who joins our team!
Your role as a Secondary Maths teacher would be filling positions on a supply basis in secondary schools in Brecon and the surrounding area, ensuring that pupils receive a consistently high standard of education. You will need excellent classroom management skills and a thorough knowledge of the current National Curriculum. You will encourage positive pupil development and monitor pupil’s progression. As well as covering Maths, there may be some general cover required.
This is a great opportunity to be introduced to a range of secondary schools across the South East Wales area and potentially gain a long-term role. Alternatively, this is also an opportunity for a casual and flexible position, where you have full control of when you want to work.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience teaching in a secondary school
- Energetic and positive attitude
- QTS
- EWC registration or willing to apply
- Current DBS registered on the update system or willing to apply
