What about the role?
We are looking for 1:1 Teaching Assistants who are resilient, compassionate and who take on a creative and flexible approach to learning. You are willing to commit to a long-term position. We are looking for two individuals with a genuine passion and understanding of a learning environments. Our client is looking for individuals who have a fantastic work ethic, dedication and willingness to help students learning and development.
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred
• Enthusiasm, confidence and charisma
• A passion and desire to work with students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties as well as other additional needs
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new learning environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students
• A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for one
• Available minimum of 3 days a week
