SEN Teaching Assistant
SEN Teaching Assistant required for a Hearing Impaired (HI) Pupil – High Wycombe area
Supply Desk is pleased to offer this long term opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant.
The role will be working on 1:1 basis with a pupil and supporting them during lessons
Hours are: 8.45 am – 3.30 pm
Pay: £65-£85 per day depending on experience
Startin in March 2021
The school:
Located in a rural area, large primary school with spacous outdoor activity area. Relationships are very strong and there is mutual respect between pupils and adults. The role:
Full time TA on 1:1 basis
Supporting a hearing impaired pupil with the delivered topics in lessons
Working closely with the teacher and parents to assure right development of the pupil
Communicating with relevant external agencies
Requirements:
BSL lever 1 or 2 – is an advantage
Experienced working with Hearing Impairment or SEN pupils
Nurturing nature
Consistency and punctuality
Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
