Behaviour Support Assistant Required in Greater Manchester, M40 – September Start

- Supporting behaviour and inclusion within Key Stage 1 of a primary school in Greater Manchester, M40
- Salary: £60-70 per day
A full time Behaviour Support Assistant opportunity is available to start in September 2021. The school is looking to recruit a learning support assistant with extensive experience supporting pupils with barriers to learning, who display challenging behaviour. Whilst supporting children on a 1:1 or small group basis, as a learning support assistant, you would be expected to show a calm, caring and nurturing approach as building positive relationships is key to improving behaviour within school.
To be considered for this learning support assistant role, you will need to have a teaching assistant qualification or a degree and significant experience working with children. This is a full time post starting in September, 2021 in Greater Manchester, M40 and you will need to have suitable experience and references to be considered.
If you are a graduate of Psychology or have experience of working with children with challenging behaviours through social work or care work, you would be welcomed to apply for the role.
