Supply Desk  have found that Graduates in Sports or those with a sports coaching background have made particularly strong classroom managers in secondary school classrooms.

We have found people with either a Sports degree or experience of sports coaching often have good emotional resilience and emotional intelligence, with a natural understanding of how to help support students.

We are looking for graduates who are passionate about helping the younger minds develop and progress within their education, Giving them the support to build on their confidence and channel their focus. This can be achieved by using different methods and skills, where Supply Desk offer a variety of training and workshops to help you upskill in these areas.
