About the Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the heart of the classroom, supporting the teacher and enriching the learning adventure of their pupils. This role is your chance to shine and shape the bright futures of our youngest learners while gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic primary school setting.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is a plus but not essential.
- Support: Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and lesson prep.
- Adaptability: Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN) by tailoring learning activities to their needs.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children, patience, and empathy.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt easily to different classroom settings.
