The school are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Supply Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact on children’s education while gaining valuable experience in a primary school setting.
The ideal candidate:
Adaptability: The ability to step into any classroom and quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
Passion & Enthusiasm: A love for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Strong Classroom Management: Confidence in managing classrooms effectively, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Experience: Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to jump in are what really count!
