TA needed for children with physical disabilities

Working with special needs students is a rewarding career in which you guide and support students who may find everyday tasks challenging. A specialised school situated in the Poole area are seeking a LSA for a full time role on an on-going basis.
This specialised school is designed to meet the educational, behavioural, care and therapeutic needs for children (age 3 – 18 years). The children have a range of special educational needs including: Neurological conditions, Physical abilities and Epilepsy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist students with their physical, emotional and academic needs.
Support with personal care
Be an active part in setting the learning environment.
Supporting learners on a 1:1 base and part of a small group in a range of activities throughout the day.
