Level 3 Teaching Assistant Needed September 2021 |

Location: Fleet
Hours: 8.30 am – 3.30 pm
Days: 5 days a week

A popular primary School in Fleet is looking for an experienced Level 3 teaching assistant. This role offers the flexibility needed if you have other responsibilities.  Easy access to public transport, modern facilities and spacious classrooms make working there pleasant. Very supportive leadership team promotes professional development.

You will be required to

-Assist in teaching an agreed timetable as set out by Class Teachers.
-Work closely with  Teachers on a day to day basis.
-Actively support the smooth running of the Classes on a day to day basis.
-Implement effectively all safeguarding and child protection policies and practices.

Qualities the school is looking for:

Must be a Level 3 qualified teaching assistant

Be proactive and want to go the extra mile

Understand that positive relationships make schools successful

Have a sense of humour

Be willing to roll up your sleeves and ‘pitch in’

Dive head first into a very busy, creative school

Take the initiative, work independently but also as part of a team
