About the Role:
- Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
- Set clear teaching objectives and ensure they are effectively communicated to students.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that enables all pupils to thrive.
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have recent experience teaching in primary schools, ideally within KS1.
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (applications from unqualified teachers are welcome).
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
- Be an enthusiastic and committed team player, ready to contribute to the wider school community.
- Show adaptability and confidence in diverse teaching environments.
