The Autism Hero Awards were created by the Anna Kennedy Online Charity. They were designed to celebrate the accomplishments taking place in the world of Autism and awareness.
The Anna Kennedy Online Charity, founded by Anna Kennedy, OBE, is dedicated to promoting the inclusion and equality of children and adults with an autism spectrum condition. The charity promotes its mission of disability equality by developing and sponsoring training and raising awareness. In addition to its advocacy efforts with, and on behalf of, people with an autism spectrum condition.

The awards will be taking place at the prestigious Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London on Saturday 16th November. There are several categories of awards, including the Oustanding Educator Award, Oustanding Community Awards and the Personal Achievement Award.
Supply Desk chose to sponsor the Young Person of the Year category to reflect our commitment to supporting children and young people with SEND. The category is open to young people from 10 to 25 years old who have made outstanding progress to achieve something they are enormously proud of and/or has done something to help others, including those with Autism.
