TeamTeach, Positive Behaviour training, Level 1 and 2 courses, are certified by the BILD ACT Association of Certified Training and CPD certified.

We are so excited to announce that we are offering TeamTeach Level-1 Positive Behaviour Management course as part of our CPD commitment to our educators.

The course will give you the confidence and skills to work with behaviours that challenge and offer practical strategies to defuse and de-escalate situations with children and young people.

• The 6-hour 1-day course is for educators working in low-risk settings. This includes mainstream primary and secondary schools, children’s hospitals, adult learning and residential homes, this 6-hour one-day course will equip you with simple de-escalation strategies and basic positive handling techniques to deal with behaviours that challenge and encourage positive relationships in your working environment.

• The courses are accredited under the CPD accreditation scheme, and you will receive a globally recognised certificate upon completion. This certificate needs to be refreshed after 2 years and for those working and registered with Supply Desk this reaccreditation will be free.

• The course is heavily subsidised by Supply Desk, we offer it for only 20 pounds AND we guarantee a refund if you work for Supply Desk for more than 10 days after the course is completed.

• Ruth Bell, the lead trainer, has been delivering TeamTeach courses for over 6 years.  Ruth is an ex-SEND teacher, a committed education recruiter for over 20 years and a registered Wellbeing coach. Our second trainer, Adam Jackson works as the SEND Partnership Manager within our group of companies, EPG.
