World Book Day Offer – Terms and Conditions

To celebrate World Book Day (7th March) we are offering schools a volunteer Reading Support Assistant for a day, at no cost, between 4th and 8th March 2019.

In addition, any schools booking a Reading Support Assistant, as part of this offer, will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £250 of Book Tokens for their school. See full terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

• Max. 1 volunteer Reading Support Assistant per school, for one day only, between the 4th and 8th March 2019. This offer is subject to the availability of our Reading Support Assistants. Offer ends 8th March 2019.
• There is 1 prize of £250 Book Tokens. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Supply Desk Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• Open to UK resident’s aged 16 and over, excluding employees of Supply Desk Ltd or any other EPG company and their spouses and relatives.
• Offer ends 11.59pm GMT on Friday 8th March 2019. Entries outside this time will not be considered.
• Only one entry per school.
• Any school booking a Volunteer Reading Support Assistant as part of this offer will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
• The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random from all entries. The draw will take place on Friday 8th March 2019.
• The winner must consent to Supply Desk posting his or her name on its social media accounts and in other marketing material for promotional purposes.
• The winner will be informed by email within 28 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 28 days (with full postal address to receive the vouchers) or a new winner will be chosen. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or doesn’t meet these conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Supply Desk Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The vouchers will be posted within 7 days of the winner confirming their address and giving their consent to publishing their name in marketing material.
• The winner’s name will be available on request and published on Supply Desk Ltd’s social media accounts.
• The name of the winner can be obtained after 8th March 2019 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Laura O’Connell, Supply Desk Ltd, Wellington Park House, 4th Floor, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4WG, United Kingdom.
• The promoter is Supply Desk Ltd.
• By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
