Start: September | Full-Time
Salary: £34,000-£56,000+

Are you a passionate Business Studies teacher ready to inspire secondary school students? Supply Desk is seeking a motivated educator to join a forward-thinking Business and Enterprise department in the Watford area. The successful candidate will engage students across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering dynamic lessons that develop commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong understanding of the business world.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach Key Stage 4 and 5 Business Studies through engaging lessons covering key business concepts, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and operations.
• Support student achievement through assessments, constructive feedback, and tailored academic guidance.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of business knowledge.
• Collaborate with a supportive and innovative teaching team to enhance student outcomes.
• Help students develop confidence, independent learning skills, and an understanding of the modern business environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and making Business Studies engaging, relevant, and accessible.
