Our international office is located in Australia where we source and recruit the best quality teaching talent to bring to the UK.
We mainly recruit from Australia, New Zealand, and Canada but we will recruit from other areas based on British National Curriculum experience and UK Working Rights. Our office called Teach in, is run by highly experienced teachers that have been in the recruitment industry for many years and have a long history of working with schools and teachers to facilitate the best match possible. Our team works tirelessly all year round to ensure we have an ever-evolving list of high-quality teachers and support staff for every UK term. Our pipeline is extensive and develops over 18 months prior to any given season. We always have a fresh batch of new teachers ready and committed to teaching in the UK thanks to our personal approach and attention to our teachers over an extended period of time.
Below are some of the key things to note about our international programme:
- We recruit passionate early career and experienced teachers and support staff year-round.
- Our teachers are screened and fully vetted by experienced staff before being cleared to Quality Mark standard to work in your school.
- International candidates are available for day-to-day supply work, contract positions or to fill more permanent positions. They choose their work type.

Our overseas teachers take this opportunity very seriously and as a result, want to be as proactive as possible about their transition to the UK. This means being offered a job in time to apply for visas and transition to the UK. We recommend starting your overseas teacher recruitment campaign early, rather than as a last resort. Many of our teachers have been highly successful teachers in the UK and have been promoted through the ranks to Headteacher.
