Teacher Training Opportunities for Your School

Supply Desk works alongside Equalitas to help schools access high-quality initial teacher training and professional development opportunities.

Recruiting and retaining excellent teachers remains one of the biggest challenges facing schools. Developing talent within your own setting can support long-term recruitment, strengthen staff retention and build capacity across your school community.

Equalitas is a DfE-approved Initial Teacher Training provider, rated Good by Ofsted, training hundreds of future teachers each year across primary, secondary and early years education. Their programmes combine rigorous training with practical, school-based experience to help schools develop confident, knowledgeable teachers.
