Claire is our Primary Branch Manager in Brighton. Claire’s team covers the Sussex and Surrey areas, whilst Claire directly look after Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. Claire has worked in education recruitment for the last 2 years across Sussex, with a further 12 years’ experience within customer service. Working alongside schools to help fulfil their recruitment needs is a big passion of hers. Genevieve is the Branch Manager in Southampton and joined us in January 2019. She has 5 years’ experience in the education recruitment sector specialising within SEN. Genevieve is passionate and dedicated to providing a quality service to both candidates and schools. She is keen to develop the SEN support we provide across the South in both mainstream and specialist SEN. She is also now supporting Southampton Primary Schools and the Hampshire Supplier Service.

Justin is our Area Manager for London, Sussex & Surrey and runs our Brighton Secondary team. Justin loves the dedication and passion that Supply Desk have for working with those in education settings. Justin has worked in education for over 10 years, with 6 of those in education recruitment. Working alongside schools and colleges is his passion. Having been in senior management for the past 3 years, Justin has a dedication for working with schools and colleges from mainstream, to SEN settings, to assist them to find suitable staffing solutions.

Katharine is an experienced recruitment specialist and a qualified teacher who started working in education recruitment in 1998. Katharine was Teacher Recruitment Manager for Medway Council for six years, and in that time won an Excellence and Innovation award for her work. She has a superb knowledge of the education sector and, even more importantly, has a desire to meet the needs of the candidates she registers and the schools she services.
Katharine believes in a transparent service built on honesty and openness, and in providing clients with quality candidates. Since opening the Kent office for Supply Desk, Katharine and her team have placed MPS/UPS teachers, HODs, ASTs and Headteachers throughout the county.
Lauren is the Branch Manager for Supply Desk Leeds and currently oversees the Primary Desk for Kirklees, Calderdale & Wakefield. With over 10 year’s experience in recruitment in most sectors Lauren has a passionate and caring nature to want to support both client and candidate to find the perfect solution. Coming predominately from Healthcare recruitment her skills and compassion has easily transferred into Education, every child deserves to have the best education and Lauren is adamant to secure the right candidates are placed in the local school and ensure that nothing but quality is teaching our youth of today. We pride ourselves of providing the best service to our clients and candidates and will continue to do so.
Rick has been with Supply Desk, overseeing the Manchester branch, since March 2018. He has worked in education recruitment for the last 8 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the location – so you’ll be in good hands in Manchester.
