Salary: £100–£135 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)
Lead the Classroom – Support Learning Across Local Schools
Looking for a school-based role that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact? As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students—without the responsibility of planning or marking.
We’re seeking confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team across East Grinstead and nearby areas. Each day brings new classrooms, new students, and fresh challenges—ideal for those who enjoy variety and want to build experience in secondary education.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising classes during teacher absences

Delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials to students

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, productive environment

Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement

Following school policies and working collaboratively with staff

Adapting quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young people (school experience is a bonus)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Confident, adaptable, and reliable approach

Ability to engage and motivate secondary‑age students

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
