Salary: £29,344–£44,919

As an EYFS Teacher, you will guide early development through structured play, phonics, and foundational learning.
Key responsibilities
Teach EYFS curriculum across all areas
Deliver phonics and early literacy lessons
Support early maths development
Create structured learning through play
Track progress using EYFS frameworks
Maintain routines and classroom structure
The classroom environment
Supportive and structured
Learning through guided activities
Clear daily routines
Behaviour is positively managed
Skills and experience
Experience in EYFS or early years
Strong phonics knowledge
Patience and nurturing approach
Organisation and planning
What success looks like
Children develop early literacy skills
