Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Uxbridge, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to giving young children the very best start to their educational journey. The successful candidate will create a stimulating, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued, confident, and encouraged to learn through play and exploration.
Working alongside a supportive Early Years team, you will plan and deliver creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework, monitor children’s progress, and build positive relationships with parents and carers.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and monitor children’s development, using assessments to inform future planning.
- Support children’s communication, language, physical, social, and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within an EYFS setting in a UK primary school.
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- Is passionate about providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports individual learning needs.
- Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Is available to start ASAP.
