Are you a passionate Modern Foreign Languages teacher ready to inspire secondary school students? Supply Desk is seeking a dynamic educator to join an ambitious MFL department in the Watford area. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, communication skills and a passion for languages.

What You’ll Do:
• Teach Key Stage 3–5 Modern Foreign Languages through engaging lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
• Support student growth with assessments, constructive feedback and guidance.
• Encourage cultural awareness, communication skills and confidence in language learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive, innovative teaching team.
• Help students develop fluency, independence and enthusiasm for languages.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and making language learning engaging and relevant.
