We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join a welcoming secondary school in the New Forest area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning across different year groups and helping children reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Delivering small group interventions and booster sessions
• Covering lessons when required
• Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Working closely with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
• Experience supporting children within a primary setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive and proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
