Supply Desk are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Whiteley.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning while supporting every child to achieve their full potential within a caring and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.

Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils.

Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, providing effective feedback.

Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ personal development.

Encourage independence, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

A creative, organised and reflective approach to teaching.
