Supply Desk is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to support a number of schools in Chichester and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an ECT keen to gain experience in different school settings, we have opportunities to suit a range of preferences and availability.
With work available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, this is a great opportunity to enjoy variety in your working week while making a positive difference to pupils’ learning.
What the Role Involves

Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and/or KS2.

Following existing lesson plans and ensuring continuity of learning.

Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.

Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Encouraging participation and keeping pupils motivated.

Adapting to different school environments and teaching approaches.

Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Previous primary teaching experience or ECT status.

Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

Confident classroom management skills.

The ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings.

A reliable, flexible and proactive approach.

A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
