Supply Desk is proud to be working with a friendly and inclusive school in Little Chalfont, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people and gaining meaningful experience within education.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing in-class support to pupils who require additional guidance
- Helping to break down barriers to learning and promote engagement
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
- Building positive, supportive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is patient, enthusiastic, and approachable
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Is adaptable, proactive, and ready to get involved in school life
- Is considering a future career in education, SEN, or youth work
- Has school-based experience (desirable, but not essential)
