EYFS Level 3 Practitioner – Full-Time, Long-Term Role
Location: Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay: £90–£110 per day
The Opportunity:
Are you a passionate and committed EYFS Level 3 Practitioner eager to make a positive difference in early years education?
A welcoming and well-regarded nursery setting in Abbots Langley is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years professional to join their supportive team from September 2026. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and focused on helping young children learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Experience working with children in Nursery or Reception settings
- A strong passion for early years learning and development
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision
- Assist with planning, observing, and assessing children’s development
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and support the day-to-day running of the setting
