Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher ready to inspire and motivate secondary school students? Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a supportive secondary school in the Harrow area with an immediate start. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their mathematical skills, build confidence and achieve their full potential academically.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Maths Teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or individuals looking to develop their teaching career within a positive and ambitious school environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.
- Support students of varying abilities, helping them build confidence and develop their mathematical understanding.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote student wellbeing and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience teaching Mathematics or working with secondary school students in an educational setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
- A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach to teaching and learning.
