What You’ll Bring to the Classroom
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable).
- Simplify complex concepts to ensure learning is accessible and meaningful for all students.
- Employ a variety of teaching strategies to challenge, support, and extend all learners.
- Monitor student progress closely and adapt teaching methods to help every learner reach their full potential.
- Maintain consistently high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement.
Your Role Beyond the Classroom
- Contribute actively to a collaborative and forward-thinking Maths department.
- Support intervention programmes and enrichment activities to enhance student learning.
- Engage positively with the school community and participate in wider school initiatives.
