What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils and promote a lifelong love of learning.
• Plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform future teaching and maximise attainment.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Promote pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development alongside academic achievement.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, participation, and achievement across all areas of school life.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting or is an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for primary education.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Has the ability to inspire young learners and make learning engaging, accessible, and enjoyable.
• Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
