Salary: £34,000 – £56,000+ pa
Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher ready to inspire young learners and help them thrive? The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupils’ development and help children build the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Primary Teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or individuals looking to develop their teaching career within a positive and ambitious school environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development across the relevant Key Stage.
- Assess pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning styles.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote pupils’ wellbeing, confidence and independence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience teaching or working with children in a primary school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
- A patient, supportive and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- A genuine passion for helping young learners develop academically and personally.
