Supply Desk are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the St Albans area, seeking a talented KS1/2 Primary School Teacher to join their team from September.
This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering engaging and effective learning experiences across Key Stages 1 and 2. The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire curiosity, build confidence in pupils, and create a classroom environment where every child feels supported and motivated to succeed.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to a range of learning needs, assessing pupil attainment, and using data to support progress. Strong communication with parents and carers will be essential, alongside working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for all pupils.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of various ages
• Tracking and reporting students’ progress
• Liaising with parents/carers to deliver reports
• Contribution to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
• Cooperation with colleagues in order to deliver the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• Primary classroom experience
• Passion for the development of learning
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Inclusive ethics
• Knowledge/Maintenance/Promotion of safeguarding
