Pay: £140 – £170 per day

Do you have the skills to deliver high-quality teaching and maintain consistency across a range of classrooms?
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Southampton area. This is a full-time opportunity for the Summer Term, offering a mix of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term bookings.
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils continue to receive a high standard of education.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across the primary curriculum
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Marking pupils’ work in line with school policies
• Ensuring continuity and consistency in learning
• Supporting pupils’ development and engagement
• Adapting to different school environments and year groups
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Adaptable, reliable and positive approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
